exhaust heat guard made from matte carbon for Ducati Panigale and Streetfighter
An exhaust heat guard made from matte carbon, built with an autoclave process, using exclusively carbon fibres and hand-painted. A thermo-reflective film is applied to the inner side, reflecting the heat radiated by the exhaust: it prevents the carbon from yellowing over time and helps to retain and manage the heat, keeping the visible surface stable and uniform even after prolonged use.
Its function is twofold. On one side it shields the exhaust heat, protecting your leg, the bodywork and the surrounding components from thermal radiation. On the other it replaces a standard area with a carbon surface of real visual depth, autoclave-processed like top-level racing components. It's the kind of detail that's spotted immediately on a well-finished Panigale, and one that rarely goes unnoticed next to the exhaust.
A technical component, not just an aesthetic accessory: the inner film is what sets apart a heat guard built to last from a carbon shell that, close to the exhaust, would yellow within a few seasons.
- Matte carbon processed in an autoclave, using exclusively carbon fibres, hand-painted
- Internal thermo-reflective film: prevents the carbon from yellowing and helps to retain/manage the heat
- Shields the exhaust heat, protecting your leg, bodywork and nearby components
- High-visual-impact carbon surface in a very exposed area of the bike
